The SAS KB21 Unilock Padlock is a special-purpose shackle lock suitable for many applications. It benefits from a large opening, but with an unusually small shackle diameter, often it fits where others cannot.

Also designed to fit a Knott pressed steel trailer hitch, with a curved handle and hole right through. This locks the hitch handle and enables you to lock the trailer to the towing vehicle.
